Grading Criteria

  1. Theoretical Knowledge (20 points)

  4. Report Format and Organization (20 points)

  5. Presentation (20 points)

Students who are retaking the course and do not have a mandatory attendance requirement are exempt from the presentation. For these students, the remaining components will be evaluated over 25 points each. These students must prepare the report individually.

While grading, the number of students in each group will be taken into consideration. As the group size increases, the expected level of performance will also increase. All students required to attend the course must work in a group. Group sizes must be between 3 - 5 students. Any students who are not assigned to a group will be distributed among existing groups, considering group sizes.

Presentation durationsYou should complete your presentation in 15 to 20 minutes.

The presentation file and the report are independent formats. The presentation file will be used to convey the essence of the topic to the class in a brief and efficient manner. The report, on the other hand, must be a comprehensive document in which you explain all processes in detail. The report format can be Word or PDF. The presentation file is not included in the report submission.

Presentation files must be prepared in PPT format. Presentations can be delivered using the computer of any group member.

  • Deadline for Group Formation: 17.12.2025
    → Groups of 3–5 students must be formed by this date.

    → Reports must be uploaded via AKUZEM.

  • Presentation Date: 24.12.2025 and 31.12.2025, 14:00
    → Presentations will be held in the classroom and all group members must attend

          Groups will be distributed over these days by drawing lots.
